To renovate and adapt the offices, enhancing functionality, aligning them with TransPerfect’s technological and branding standards, and improving energy efficiency and user comfort.
The 7B floor has become the main reception area for TransPerfect at their Passeig de Gràcia headquarters, home to several company offices. Despite its limited size, the space was designed to maximize functionality and create a welcoming area for visitors.
At Efebé, we adapted the space to reflect TransPerfect’s current corporate image. The intervention included:
Custom-designed reception furniture that also serves as storage lockers for employees.
Upgrades to electrical and data systems, aligned with the company’s IT and technical standards.
Inclusive design features, including a counter module adapted for people with disabilities.
Backlit world map mural, showcasing the global identity of this international translation and language services company.
Stylish and comfortable waiting area with designer seating.
We also improved the office area, a private office, and a kitchenette-dining area, enhancing comfort and workspace quality.
Floors 6A and 6B underwent an initial renovation by the property owner to improve insulation and energy performance, including new windows and façade treatment.
Efebé was in charge of the full interior adaptation and furnishing, with the goal of aligning the space with TransPerfect’s brand and work culture. Our solutions included:
Open-plan work areas, corridors, and a dining space.
Hanging and vertical greenery, bringing natural elements into common areas and enhancing wellbeing.
Lockers as functional and design elements, used not only for storage but to define spaces, create flow, and separate areas.
Wood finishes to create a warm, cohesive atmosphere throughout the offices.
This project reflects our ability to adapt previously renovated spaces to a company’s specific needs, while maintaining both functional and aesthetic coherence across floors and complying with branding and IT standards.
