Last Wednesday, our director Anna Fornt participated as a speaker at Diversity Day III: Talent & Equity, a conference organized by the Surt Foundation to promote the incorporation of female talent and equal opportunities in the labor market.
This training space brought together companies, administrations and organisations working to reduce gender gaps, especially in traditionally male-dominated sectors, and to move towards fairer, more inclusive and diverse work models.
A round table to share strategies for the incorporation of female talent

The speakers presented their strategies for attracting, incorporating and retaining female talent, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations that are committed to diversity.
From Efebé, Anna Fornt highlighted the importance of:

🔸 break stereotypes in male-dominated occupations, especially linked to industry, installation and maintenance
🔸 promote spaces for collaboration between companies and social entities

A joint look at the future of equal employment
In addition to the round table, the day included:

A presentation of the hiring incentives of the Catalan Employment Service (SOC) to promote the incorporation of people in vulnerable situations.

The intervention of BCN Activa and the Raval Labour Network, which shared their initiatives to promote female employability.

A networking space to generate connections between companies and reinforce shared commitments.
The Guidance Team of the Metallurgical Employers’ Union (UPM) highlighted during the session its commitment to the incorporation of women in technical and industrial positions, reinforcing the need to continue working together to transform the sector.
